Episode 70: Your priorities

This podcast episode is about priorities. I find that knowing your actual priorities can be the solution to issues such as guilty thoughts, over-thinking, or over-researching.

There are two approaches to thinking about priorities that I find useful, and I illustrate them through a few different client stories + a quick story about me.

This idea might seem obvious, but this episode is still very much worth a listen. Because if you have confusion or lack of clarity or guilt, this concept will help you. And you're likely not using it as effectively, or as often as you should.
