Episode 61: “Because I want to” is a reason (and might be the *best* reason)

I talk to a lot of people who are in the process of figuring out what they want. There's often one thing that I’m listening for — or feeling for — in those conversations, and that is: “because I want to.”

So in this podcast episode, I clarify what I mean by this and share why this is helpful + address some of the objections I suspect you’re probably already having.

I share a client story and a personal story + end with a mini FAQ where I answer questions like, “what if I can’t find my ‘because I want to?’”

I hope this episode helps you find clarity if you don't yet have it (or gives you the courage to find your own "because I want to".)
