    You've made the pros-and-cons list.
You've talked to your mom, your friends, your partner, and then your mom again.
    You've ChatGPTed every angle.

You ping-pong between thinking about it (a lot), and putting off making any decision at all. But either way, there’s this tightness in your chest, this anxiety that pops up at inconvenient moments.

It’s not that you’re broken, and it’s (likely) not that clarity is impossible to find on this issue. It’s just that you don’t have the right skills yet.

Inside of my free training “Make the Career or Life Decision You've Been Avoiding — Even If You’ve Been Thinking About It For Years” you’ll learn how to:

    1. Distinguish — in a quick + clear way — between a "no" and a "yes" for life, relationship, and career decisions, even when everything feels murky

    2. Create your own simple decision-making framework that works for big choices and small ones, so you never have to white-knuckle your way through a decision again

    3. Stop being afraid of having regrets or making a mistake with your decision — and finally feel grounded enough to move forward

      About Katie

I spent years as a “smart” person — Princeton grad, management consultant @ McKinsey — who struggled to make decisions big + small.

(My brain was like the kid in debate club who could argue for one argument, and then argue for the opposite thing 5 minutes later.)

It was only when I learned new approaches and skills — the same ones I’ll teach in this free training — that I actually became, much to my own surprise, someone who typically does have a calm, grounded “knowing” about what is right for me.

      Claude’s version (edited by me):

Katie Seaver is an ICF-certified life coach who helps people whose lives look pretty good on paper but don’t feel as good as they’d like.

Before coaching, Katie was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and graduated magna cum laude from Princeton — which means she knows firsthand how to be highly capable and still completely tied in knots over a decision.

She works with clients on everything from major career pivots, to relationships (marriage, kids, friendships), to the quieter, harder question of what would actually help their lives feel meaningful, satisfying, and right.

        Testimonials

“Working with Katie was one of the best decisions I've made in the past few years.

She was an amazing partner through some really difficult decisions I wanted to make, and I feel equipped with very tangible new tools to continue practicing and growing with into the future.

        — Julie

”These are lessons that I could potentially have learned ‘on my own’ after another 1-2 decades of life experience, but the fact I have made such progress in 12 months means that working with Katie has easily been the best investment I've made in myself in my adulthood.”

        — Olivia

“I have seen hundreds of coaches at work through my professional practice, and the only one I've ever felt moved to hire to coach me personally is Katie -- and I would make the same choice again.

“I would trust her with any life issue you're grappling with, knowing that you'll be in the best of hands.”

        — Kara

”Through Katie, I've developed the skills—not to mention a comprehensive toolkit I refer to daily—on how to work through issues that come up for me.

I've entirely restructured my outlook and approach to work and "life," but I've also tapped into high-quality productivity that I didn't foresee at all--which was only made possible by Katie's inquisitiveness, razor-sharp focus, generosity, and patience.”
