A newsletter reader, Rachel, wrote in asking about how to make this happen. This multi-part series is a response to her email, with some practical tips on conserving your energy at work, without reducing the quality of our contributions.

In today's podcast episode, I share two of the most common things holding people back from saving energy + how to fix them.

I think that so many of us would benefit from a bit more fuel in our tanks at the end of the workweek. I hope this gives you some encouragement + the tactical ideas to make that a reality.
