Welcome, Dessert-Clubbers!

You're here because you've already gone through the introductory Dessert Club. 

You're familiar with the ideas of eating when you're hungry, stopping when you're full, and eating only what you're body truly wants. In fact, you've probably had some pretty incredible ah-ha moments -- as you've figured out how to separate emotions from the desire to eat half a cake.

But the truth is that this type of change just doesn't happen overnight. 

And even more importantly, it doesn't happen alone.  

When I started the Dessert Club, I was blown away by the amazing growth and change that can happen in a community of supportive, caring women.

I wanted to create a space for that type of continued support + love to happen. And I wanted to make it really affordable and convenient, so no one would be left out. If you've been through the introductory Dessert Club, you know the basics. But to make real change stick, and to go deep enough to uproot old habits and ways of reacting to life, it's helpful to have more support. 

I'd love for you to join us :)


Logistics for the Dessert Club -- Advanced Support Group:

  • We'll meet on Mondays at 5 pm PST/8 pm EST over Google Hangout. 
  • Meetings will last 50 minutes.
  • Each month we will have a theme -- "heath," "sensation," etc. Some weeks, we'll do exercises and activities based on those themes (journaling, sharing our experiences, looking at pictures and responding to them, eating, and more). Due to the intimate nature of the group, other weeks will be guided by what is going on with the participants and what 
  • We will discuss both eating + life issues (because it's all related, as you know!) 

Membership is $60 for a month of Mondays. 


A note about billing:

You'll be billed on the first of every month. If you wish to leave the group, simply come back to this page (katieseaver.com/dessert-club-advanced), click on "already have an account", and cancel your subscription.
