Most of my blog readers, email subscribers, and clients are really nice people.
They’re warm and caring, and they're people who seem generally happy, positive, and upbeat.
This is such an awesome thing. I feel so thankful to be in such a wonderful community of friendly, warm women. I really can’t say this enough.
But if you are someone who struggles with your eating, being a “happy” or “nice” person actually can cause its own problems.
Because I’m a generally happy, positive person myself, this is a topic very close to my heart. I recorded a video so I can tell you about it.
One last thing: do you find that being a generally nice or happy person makes it harder to deal with your “eating issues”? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below!
