I love your blog…but I’ve got to lose 10 pounds first before I can even think about learning to listen to my body around food.
I hear that, a lot, from the really wonderful women and men who email me. And maybe you’ve thought it yourself?
I’m a big believer in do what makes you feel good and peaceful and happy. And if taking care of those pesky 10 pounds will do that, then you should do it!
But there’s one other thing that I think you should know.
It requires a bit of “real talk,” so I recorded a video because I wanted you to hear to from me, personally.
