The 60-minute strategy is a time for us to deeply investigate a specific problem you've been struggling with around food, weight, your body, or your life.
Why it works:
So often, we bang our heads against the wall about our "food" issues: Why can't I freaking stop eating? Why do I become so out-of-control when I'm at my mom's house with Christmas cookies? Why do I feel like such a passive idiot when people pressure me to eat and end up eating more than I want?
But the reasons behind our actions around food are often subtle and counter-intuitive. Instead of getting more and more frustrated with yourself, why not just meet with someone who knows how this stuff works, and can give you targeted insight, recommendations and things to try?
I'm warm and encouraging, but also thoughtful and deeply analytical. I care a lot about feelings, but I care even more about solutions that work.

After you sign up, you'll book a time with me and fill out a short survey about what you'd like to talk about in the session, so we can dive right in once we chat.
We'll talk over the phone or skype, and we'll spend time deeply investigating and giving space to your problem, doing some exercises together, and identifying next steps that are do-able for you.
You'll walk away with greater insight about your problem and 2-4 targeted practices that you can try today and this week to help you resolve them.

After consulting experts, deeply examining my eating and my life, and making myself the guinea pig for practices that frankly terrified me, I radically changed my approach to eating and my life.
