When most people hear that I don't think you need to diet or obsess or worry about your eating, they look at me in an exasperated way. 

Sure, I'd love to stop worrying about my eating, but HOW?

The truth is that there are skills, or competencies, that are required to stop dieting or obsessing about food, but most people have no idea what they are, and have never even thought of them.

In fact, there are five key skills. And you are probably only focusing on one of them.

I don't say that flippantly. I say "most people have never heard of them" because every single time I introduce this concept to new clients, their eyes widen and they say wow, I've never thought of this. And these are smart women who have spent months, years, even decades reading every article or book or approach about eating that there is.

Now, for the first time, I want to introduce this model to you, for free. Honestly, I've never heard a non-diet approach to eating explained in such a rigorous and actionable a way, which I know is really helpful if you are feeling frustrated and lost about your eating.

The logistics: All workshops last 1 hour, and take place over a Google Hangout. You'll need to have a working webcam, and a google ID (this is free, so if you don't have one, I'll send you sign-up information).
