Is the way I eat weird?

Do you ever feel like the way that you’d like to eat…if no one was looking and you had no preconceptions about how you “should” eat…is kind of weird?

I mean, you’ve watched Dr. Oz or Dr. Phil.
You’ve read articles in Health or Cosmo or Glamour.
You’ve read books on nutrition and healthy eating.

And you’ve never heard or read any recommendations for eating the way that you’d really like to eat. Is a handful of gummy bears and some grilled chicken is a not-crazy lunch option?

SO MANY clients tell me this.

They feel like the cravings they have, or the combinations or quantities of foods they’d like to eat, are just plain odd and unacceptable.

In this week’s video, I talk about why letting your weird flag fly when you eat can be one of the best things that you ever do. And I let you in on some really weird ways that I eat.

After you’ve watched it, I’d love to know: what are some weird ways that you already eat? Or how would you eat more like a weirdo, if you gave yourself permission? Let me know in the comments and we can trade stories :)
