Oh man, this is such an exciting week! First of all, thank you so much for your responses to my letter last week. It seemed like we all needed some more permission to make space for ourselves.

In six weekly online sessions, I’ll be mentoring a small group of passionate, motivated women on re-thinking how they approach eating. We'll discuss how to use those lessons to make peace with food, maintain a healthy weight with ease, and live a happier, more authentic life. We’re going to go deep and make big changes, but also laugh a lot and eat chocolate.
