How to know when you're full - part two

Hi my loves,

I hope you had a really lovely Thanksgiving. Or at least a survivable Thanksgiving.

How did the meal go?

I was thinking about you when my family celebrated, hoping that you ate in a way that was truly nourishing to your body and to your spirit.

(I know that sounds a little cheesy, but it’s true).

But I know that for many of us, we walked away from that meal (or perhaps many other meals in the past) feeling overly full, numb, and frustrated with ourselves.

Last week, I talked about a really simple thing you can do to prevent this from happening.

In this week’s video, I want to take it to the next level and give you a really powerful, jedi-ninja-nobel prize winning strategy to help you stop eating when your body tells you it’s full.

In all seriousness, I do this for almost every meal I eat, especially if I’m feeling nervous that I might not really be eating intuitively. It takes just a moment before and after a meal, and it gives you a ton of information about yourself.

I think you’re going to like it.

In the comments, I’d love to see what your take is on this strategy – have you ever tried anything like that? Where do you fit on the scale at this exact moment in time?

I’d also love to hear how your Thanksgiving went!
